Atherstitch Potion
Used in The Raven Dreams
In the story, Aetherstitch is what closes Eva's wound. It is the potion that holds her together when her body has been torn open and everything inside her is asking whether it can survive what just happened.
This is a potion for the aftermath. Reach for it when your head is pounding, when your body is aching, when physical pain has moved in and made itself at home. It is equally at home in the emotional aftermath — the kind that follows a loss, a season of depletion, a grief you have been carrying quietly for longer than you want to admit.
Lemongrass clears the energy around you and prepares the body to receive. Peppermint cools inflammation, eases head pain, and wakes the senses back to life. Chamomile settles the nervous system into a softness it may have forgotten was available. Rosemary calls you back into yourself — present, clear, and remembering that you know how to heal.
Massage into temples, the back of the neck, or wherever your body is asking to be tended. Breathe. Speak the spell. (See the spell below)

THE SPELL
I call back what is mine. Every piece of lost health, lost power, lost light — I call it home now. I open my body to healing. What was torn is closing. What was broken is remembering how to be whole.
