Terravaine works on the physical level to ease dizziness, restore equilibrium, and bring the body back into balance. On the energetic level it returns you to the earth. Back to your roots. Back to the steadiness that is always there beneath the noise.
Sage clears what no longer belongs to you. Cedarwood anchors the spine and steadies the breath. Rosemary sharpens the mind back into clarity. Vetiver pulls you all the way down into your own roots and keeps you there.
